We want you to love your new gear from Called to Surf, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
